So I just got my provari and I'm ready to start quitting again....

Sorry I haven't been around for the last couple of weeks, but I've been doing what I can to catch up at work and spend as much time as possible with my family so we can get over this hump.

Thats whats workin for me...starting my 4th smokeless week (well tobacco smoke anyway) today.

I was not vaping for over 6 months, but coming back here and seeing all my friends again made it really easy. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, it was like I hadn't ever smoked any analogs. So, let's have a little contest to see who can go the longest.

wow....been going through the same thing...crossing fingers tomorrow is my second quit date...good luck to you and congrats on your Provari WOOT

Just go back to when you quit before and remember what helped..that is what I am doing and it is working well for me
GOOD LUCK and you can do it..just a slip, slide and crash......but, it is totally repairable and you will be in vaping heaven again...it is your quit and do it the way you know how,,,,your way

I sprained my ankle on Tuesday night and have been hobbling around since....I've been mixing my provari into my routine slowly....
