Hello again, everyone. I've yet again found my way back to cigarettes after my last attempt which ended because it was too much of a hassle to rebuild anything, and spending so much money on RBAs and parts became depressing. So fast forward a few months; I'm ready to try again... However I've got no intention of playing with RBAs again. I want a more hassle free vape that last me upwards of 8 hours of heavy use, and still cost less than my smoking habit after the initial setup.

Suggestions? mod, and delivery. Thanks!

How long ago did you stop messing with e-cigs?

There is ALOT of new hotness out and coming out in droves

The culmination of technology has come out so far has found its way in a box form factor rig called the MVP2, and new clearomizers and tanks have taken leaps and bounds...just not sure how long ago you stepped away...almost like computers, they are coming out all the time!

All I can tell you is what works for me. I'm on cruise control with vaping. I'm using a ProVari with a Genuine Vivi Nova and have been using this same setup since Christmas. I own several Nova's and a few of ProVari since they work very well for me. I just purchase replacement heads when the others don't clean up with dry burning anymore.

Good luck! :)

carto tanks

I agree. Stay clear of clearos (Protanks, etc) which are high maintenance in comparison to tank-cartos.

I would suggest a model like the Vamo or Zmax which are variable watt (VW). These are closer to "set & forget" and are inexpensive ($35 - $60). Then get a good glass carto tank from Phiniac or IBtanked. My 5ml Phiniac tank has never leaked and provides me 8 - 10 hours of vaping without even needing to add eliquid. The batteries in my Vamo last 7 - 10 hours on a charge. The 3-hole punched tank carto lasts 8 - 14 days before needing to be replaced and cost $2.00.

This is probably the least hassle set-up you can get.

carto tanks

Agreed! Carto tanks, to me, last the longest during the day, are the least fiddly, and are just the best. I suggest the Artemas (or UDCT) carto tank, if you want a cheaper alternative to the really expensive carto tanks out there.
You can take a look at one here:

Well, I still have my sigeli z Max Somewhere, and my 7 ml Pyrex sidewinder.... Just have to find it after I locked it all away Somewhere... seems Carto tanks are still the best. Guess I only need juice and cartos... And 18650s :p if I can find my mod and tank that is.

Cartotanks just seem to be very consistent(depending on the cartos obviously), fairly easy, convenient and hassle free to work with, and put out very good flavor and vapor.

And you can more easily adjust the size to your need of juice by getting larger or smaller tanks.

I am in the process of moving from the iclear clearos to carto tanks now.

Smok cartos seem to work well, and I have some ikenvapes on the way(they are out of stock very often, so you will probably want to find some smoktech cartos to start off with). I get the 2ohm prepunched ones from ibtanked.com(which is also where I have been getting my tanks from).

Good luck!

This pretty much sums it up. A nice vivi or Protank will get you home on a good mod. Rebuildables do vape better in my humble opinion but off the shelf tanks do a great job at a great price and all you have to do is rinse them off and replace the heads.
