I tried the volt and it works, but I still don't like having to carry juice to top it off. any carto for that matter. and if you have one that doesn't look like a cig, then there are no anti smoking nazis going to mistake it for a smoke, plus it also breaks the mind's enigma of wanting a cig. so I want my pv to look nothing like a cig.

My Brother made this very comment today when I told him to try my volt.
He switched from analogs to cigars, When I offered him my volt to try, He said it looked to much like a analog and didn't want to be reminded of smoking them.
Kinda floored me when people make that distinction.

Funny how quickly I became a creature of habit. The thought of lighting up a cigarette with a match and inhaling burning smoke would be strange to me now - I won't even get in to the stench of smoke or dirty ashtrays laying around.

Its normal for me to charge up a battery, push a button to inhale vapor out of a metal box and be able to instantly put it back in my pocket or on the table without worry anything will catch on fire.

I've said it before and I'll say it again - the man who invented ecigs is a genious!

well I know with rc engines and lipo tech, high voltage high resistance motors is more efficient than low voltage/resistance. well it's not resistance but motor turns, but to get equal revs from a 2 cel say on a 6900 kv (6900 rpms per volt) (8.4v X 6900 = 57960 rpm) as say a 3 cel on a 4600kv. (12.6v x 4600kv = 57960 rpm). the second setup will draw less amps and less heat so longer runtime with the same top speed. I'd imagine the same would hold true with hv pv's

Smart and pretty don't let the woman on here find out where you live. They'll be showing up with pies, pets and a toothbrush.

I still don't know what anyone is talking about :) I'm a real hands on learner. See how it works out with electronics, only thing I have going for me is a steady hand for fine soldering and I can read schematics easy enough.

A HV PV vs a standard PV with the same load (atty) will use more current. basic ohm's law i=v/r if v increases and r stays the same i has to also increase.

Motors are different than just a simple resistive load.

For our ecig's really you have to look at the power consumption, thats all that were doing changing either the V or different ohm carts

P=(VxV)/R

so low V ecig 3.7v and a standard 2ohm cart
P=(3.7X3.7)/2
=6.8watts

hi V ecig @ 5v and the same cart

P=(5X5)/2
=12.5watts

So if you were to run a higher resistance cart on a hi v ecig you will just balance the power consumption

example
the low v ecig P=6.8w
to = power output in a hi v device you could use
R=(VxV)/P
=(5x5)/6.8
=3.68ohms

So a hi V/resistance device is going to produce the same as a low V/resistance device.

Well ordered a ego-t from e culture store shipped Tuesday and showed up here today.
So far I'm liking it a lot, the tank system is fun less hassle then cartos for those days i just want to vape pain free.
The dripping is cool for flavor effect, Amusing what some juice I have been using really does taste like.
As for vapor, The ego I have 650mAH and runs 3.7 volts. So not a drop compared to the volt, Although I will still use the volt a lot for work and public use.
One question I have what looks like a couple of what looks like half tanks with cotton stuffing in it what are those used for?
