Really Bad Flavoring....

Hey Rob,

This is the third time that I've tried to contact you about my last order of Cool Rush flavoring. It was really terrible. I mixed it with a 45ml/24mg bottle of plain menthol and it completely runied the taste of the whole bottle. Can I get some kind of credit or some gift points? I lost a lot of money (for me) on this deal. Thanks.
