Just received my first package that I bought (kit was giving to me with some juice) and really am glad on my purchase. I know people will say that there is better out there or what not, but I am really enjoying my XL CE2 clearomizers that I purchased from Totally Wicked for half the price.

There are short term studies that highly suggest it's safety. However the technology hasn't been available long enough to support long term analysis. Any way you cut it, it's MUCH safer than smoking analogs. I think we can all agree on that.
