Really in need of your help revising my gear!!! No th, no flavor, no vapor.

Hi guys,
I am faced with a problem that I just don't know how to solve.
The problem is that I am getting very little TH, no difference in tastes between different e-liquids, and vapor is very weak.

I am currently using 510 ego passthrough (and 510 hello), 510 cartos from liquidxpress.com, and e-liquid from Johnson Creek.
I heard that these cartos received excellent review so I bought around 6 packs to try them out with the e-liquid from Johnson, but have wasted a lot of these cartos because I am not getting any TH or a decent amount of vapor. All I can taste is burnt taste which is simply nasty.
I thought that there maybe some duds, but I have thrown away like 12 cartos so far and it is getting ridiculous.
I also tried to mix in some VG with the juice to give it some more vapor, but still nothing works out.

What do you think the problem is? I am starting to suspect that there is some problem with the juice, but can juice actually be a problem??

Not my favorite ejuice - used to be, but they changed their formula - still some fanboys out there but if you look around there's a lot of people that have had problems with the ejuice - mainly - it's thin and can leak in many cart mods - it will run right out of PTB (tea bag mod) and through blue foam as well. VG should help - try some nhalers stuff - his doublers and get samplers so you're not spending a bunch to try it out:

I love the Johnson Creek Tennessee Cured, but I have the same problem. I just got in some new RN4081 cartos and threw out a bunch of ones I had been boiling. The new cartos and my USB passthrough are finally producing great vapor. The flavor and vape seem better after letting the juice age for a few weeks in the closed bottle.

A burnt taste with cartos usually means that they are not wet enough. A new carto needs to sit for a while (I do overnight) after fill so the juice can soak through to the heating element. If you are adding VG, that makes it even harder for the juice to soak in. VG is thicker, has a higher viscosity, than PG.

Where is the link to the cartos you were using - the prefills? Or blanks?
Standard resistance or low resistance?
What nicotine and PG/VG juice are you using?
What voltage is your PT? 3.7 or 5?

I have great luck with Boge soft cap cartos (standard resistance). You do need to fill a blank carto completely (like 18-24 drops for a standard 1ml carto, and I don't use the condom method), clean it up, then let in lay on different sides to make sure every single bit of stuffing has absorbed liquid. Else when you use it you may singe it.

If your PT is 5V and you are sticking LR cartos on it, you may be heating them too much.
