Hi everyone,

I've been building coils for many different drippers and my Kayfun 3.1 and my ZENPRO genesis tank. Today I broke down and got a Kanger Sub-tank Mini. I haven't built on it yet, but so far I like the .5 ohm coil that came with it. I plan to do mostly my own builds on the RBA deck. Tonight I am vaping a DIY juice I made that I call Peach Pie at 3mg/ml nic. It tastes just as good as from my Tobh dripper with a dual coil .5 ohm build. Later on I will post about my own builds on it, but tonight I just wanted to try it out. I'm very pleased.

Here are the technical stats on a mech mod and a battery rated at 20amps: Volts=4.0, ohms=.5, current= 8 amps, power= 32watts. Of course as the battery depletes the current drops off and so does the power.

Here are some pictures of it:

Notice the wide air opening. that is the largest setting that I like. It has two other settings as well, a two hole and a single hole. Plus you can use any part of the wide opening be continuing to rotate the air control guide.

Careful with that RBA, it is a pain to get it set up for clean, decent vapes that aren't burnt/harsh tasting!

I heard that you need to loosely fill your wick in and NOT block those little bores in the bottom. I am going to give this a whirl to see if it cures what ails me with this RBA.
Also, those bores are soooo little you may have to dremel or drill them out a little to get more juice into your well. Unfortunately, I have yet to give this a try! I almost think its better to buy more of those replacement coils then mess around with this RBA...

Been trying to get a good wick in the rebuildable deck for weeks. Finally, saw this 'pancake' wick on Youtube and it performs as advertised. Doesn't leak, no dry hits, and I can chain vape at 30 watts (80 to 90 VG juice).

ed: Oh yeah, I did file out the juice channels to make them a bit bigger. Did a bit of an oogly job on one part though because it snagged when I screwed the cap on to mark where the channels were, so the channels I filed in the cap part (barrel?) are oversized and off-center.

Oh, and here's the video (not a huge fan of this guy's reviews, but his how-to's are pretty good):
