Really need Help!

I'm going to purchase a cig-a-like kit for at work, short outings, etc, but I need something to hold more than .6ml juice for home use.

I can't order another kit at this time, so trying to find a battery 900-1100? mah?
and a tank or clearomizer but these still require a cartridge and a head/coil? atomizer??

I could really use the basics simplified as I'm not sure what is required to make a full e-cig!

If you want a cig-a-like, the max battery that you're going to get is 340mah, which is the joyetech 510-T automatic battery. You would need 3-4 to get you through a full day, and the cheapest I've ever bought them were at $12 each. These are what my wife uses. If you want 900 - 1100 mah, the smallest form factor is an eGo.

As far as capacity, most ego sized clearomizers hold about 1.6ml, and cigalike usually around .5ml.

I would recoment an Evod kit as a good starter kit, since it includes 2 ego type batteries, 14mm wide instead of the 9mm of a cigalike, each battery is 650mah, which gives you a total of 1200mah, it includes 2 evod clearomizers which are a very good all around performing clearomizer, 5 replacement heads and a charger for the batteries. At around $35 to $45 for the full kit, the only other thing you would need would be the juice of your choice.

Best of luck to you!

Haven't ordered yet as I'm planning to have it all shipped at once time to save $. I like the kanger 808D-1 that fits into a pcc, battery is 180 mah so I think this is not going to hold charge long enough for evening/weekend workout.
So I was planning to get a bigger (longer life between charges) battery and can't figure out the other parts!
It seems if you want to hold more liquid the set-up gets more complicated than popping on a cartridge. And my knowledge is not there yet.

+1 for the Evod kit

I moved up from the cigalikes to a Variable Voltage Evod battery and Evod tanks. I didn't buy them as a kit but ended up with all the stuff that comes in the kit. Sure they are a little bigger, but the battery will last A LOT longer and the tanks will hold A LOT more juice.

Another possibility is the Triton by Halo. Almost identical is size and function as the Evod, but the Halo uses an 808 thread vs Evod using EGO/501 threads. I also had a Halo Triton kit and the quality is top notch, but once I started wanting more and more gear the Halo started getting used less and less due to the 808 thread.

If your going to start "collecting" lots of vape gear definitely go with the Evod kit.

Another option is the Halo G6 kit. Halo makes mini-tanks for the G6(which is a cigalike) that hold .9ml of juice.

Have a look at the Halo products.

The Halo G6 cigalike parts also work on their Triton batteries, so you can mix and match carts, minitanks, and tanks between them.

You can start with the G6 cigalikes and get a 1300 mAh Triton battery which would probably last you a couple of days on a single charge. Or you can get their Variable Voltage battery and be able to tune the voltage to adjust the flavor and vapor balance of your carts/tanks.

Or you may find it easier to skip the Cigalikes and go straight for the Triton. It holds 2.4ml of liquid and is only about the size of a Sharpie marker. The 650 mAh battery that comes with the starter kit lasts most people all day on a single charge.

Sounds like you are after a whole collection of stuff. :)

For cig-a-likes, I like the KR808 PCC kits. (had Joyetech 510, also good but charging disaster...)

For general/work/social I like the Spinner and the iTasteVV.

At home, anything could happen these days. I'm home now and have a SID with an Innokin iClear on it.

(Later, I'll probably hit the 6mg nutty tobacco in a Kayfun)
