Just bought my first e-cig, in an effort to cut back on smoking, and eventually quit. Got a Smoov starter kit from The Vaporium in Lakewood, WA. Really helpful folks! The kit came with two bottles of juice--Black Honey and Menthol Dream. I'm thinking of mixing them 50/50 for my next cartomizer load, just to see what it tastes like. Later on, I'll ask some questions about mixing my own juice in bulk, once I settle on a flavor. Good luck to all!

Welcome! Glad your a quitter!!!! Feels good doesn't it. As for the flavor well most never settle fore just one vaping is a bit different from smoking. So its not the same as finding your brand and sticking with it. Hers a couple more links to some informational sights be sure and do lots of reading before you start making your own juice. Welcome to ECF and congratulations on quitting. May your success continue.

I'm still working on finding enough pre-mixed juices I really love before venturing into DIY. Once you have five posts you can post questions in the DIY forum. Read all the helpful stickies there and pay particular attention to the safety tips.

Welcome to the new dawn of smoking! I completely quit after 23 years of smoking over a pack a day. Let me save you some time and money on devices and parts so you can put it more towards juice. Try a Smokeless Image X2 battery (808 threading) or Ego style battery (510 threading). Both get you all day vaping without changing batteries if you get 650mah or more. We got so tired of rotating batteries several times a day.If you go with an 808 thread get a 808 to 510/ego adaptor ... You'll have a TON more options on cartomizers and tanks. We went from carts to clearos to eventually tanks. Tanks are the best by far in our opinions, we feel ( me and my wife) the juice taste fuller with more vapor/throat hit much like cigarettes. Plus tanks hold more juice so I only have to refill a 5ml tank once a day (I Vape between 6-10ml a day). We've now come to a place after 3 months of vaping to get a APV wich will be a Zmax. Check it out! If you have any questions post them or PM me. I wish I knew when I started what I know now after the many many hours of research about the equipment/parts as well as how watts/volts/amps/ohms dramatically effect the vaping experience. I would've never bought the k808, Volt X2, cartos or clearos. I would've taken that money and invested in an APV, half a dozen v2.5 viva nova 3.5ml tanks and DIY juice :p. oh we'll, live and learn.
