There are lots of good juices out there but you have to give us an idea of what types of juices you've found that you do like in order to get recommendations that may work for you.

I personally love Virgin Vapor (several flavors), the Wow line from Vapor4Life, several flavors from MyFreedomSmokes and Parkes vaping, etc. It took me over two years to firmly establish my favorites - and there was a lot of hit-and-miss during that time.

You know how some people love cilantro, commonly found in salsas and Mexican cooking? Some people absolutely love it and crave it but to others, it's repulsive and tastes like dish soap. The taste buds play a big role here.

I too threw away a lot of money on juices that just didn't suit me. The final straw was when I bought one that is raved about on this forum and almost gagged on it (smelled and tasted like a can of white paint). After getting lambasted by the fanboys of this juice for not liking it, I said to myself that's it. I never again bought another juice and started to DIY. Although there's a little bit of a learning curve mixing your own juices, there is a huge payoff as you can experiment with small quantities and fine tune promising juices by adding just a touch of this or a touch of that.

Haha. I'm one of those who HATE cilantro. I read once that most people like it, but the ones who don't like it really hate it. I'm one of those.

One thing’s for sure is that we all like different tastes. There is no one “best” flavor. This is true for other things besides vaping. I love sausage and pepperoni pizza, my wife likes pineapple and veggie stuff on hers. You wanna start a real fight…just shout out “who makes the best pizza” in a crowded room :D

It’s only been a couple of months analog free for me, and now I’m just beginning to explore other juices. My taste buds ARE slowly changing, but not the radical change others have experienced. I figured I’d wait until the effects of 35+ years of smoking subside a bit before I spent a lot of $$$ on my quest for the perfect juice.

As it stands there are a couple of juices I liked from the get-go and that helped me tremendously in my enjoyment of vaping. Like others, I do switch it up and keep one flavor in my Twist and another flavor in my Volt and switch off between them during the day. I guess it would be just as easy to tote around one PV and have a couple of carto’s in your pocket, but that’s what works for me.

I tried 4 different vendors and liked nothing. Then I ordered on a suggestion from someone here from Kick Bass Vapor. I've had flavors from them that just aren't for me.... but nothing that wasn't well flavored and chemically tasting. I was getting a chemical aftertaste with everything else I've tried. I'd definitely recommend anything from them.

This is so funny to see this post. I have been vaping now for about 6 months and 2 months in a posted a VERY similar post. I bought from about 20 vendors before I found a select few that I even liked. Most just did not have enough flavor in them. Now the mail vendors I buy from are Kick Bass Vapor and Nitelite vapor and well as Ms. T's but her prices are a bit higher. Other than a few vendors, I have found I make juice that is just as good as theirs. Definitely true those 3 if you like sweet flavors. NLV also makes very good tobaccos.

I don't want the tobacco, really i have tried about 12 pina colada's and they were just wrong most had a nasty perfume to them only 3 had any pineapple and none had any coconut that i could taste, and some well i just don't know what they were but they were not pina colada. i have tried some of the bakery flavors and fruit flavors with no luck most are bitter or stink to high heavens of cut grass is as close a smell as i can come to.
Just looking for a slightly sweet light flavor,I do like the pina colada from blue but even the island from johnsons creek was wrong and they make the juice for blue. so I am thinking I may be Better off trying DIY

Just to throw this out there, you could get a Ego twist VV battery. They are cheaply priced but preform very well as a variable voltage battery. I found that all my juices taste different at different voltages. This might be a solution to your problem, as it just could make a difference in the juice you've already got as well as future orders, and of course you've already got all the ego accessories (chargers etc) so you wouldn't need a whole new kit, just the battery. I didn't think I'd care about VV, but it has made ALL my juice delicious

Some tips from a DIY'er to a new DIY'er.
When trying new flavors, and mixing new flavors, do this:

Put 5 mls of water in a glass.
Add one drop of each flavor you want to try together.
Do NOT add nicotine at this point!!
Smell and taste to see if those flavorings go well together.
You can even add another drop of something if you need to and try that(for a more concentrated taste). This allows you to see if that you're wanting to do will taste good to you BEFORE you make very much and waste your DIY supplies on it.
Once I was making some orange and it tasted too orangy? lol! So I thought for a moment and added a drop of vanilla, and that helped cut the orangy taste. Play around with it. After you start you'll be soo glad you did.
Also something else. You are a new vaper. You didn't say how long you've been vaping, but if it hasen't been long, you need to realize that your taste buds aren't up to par yet. I'd suggest getting some Cinnamon and some Wintergreen and some menthol to add to your Wintergreen.(Just a drop of the menthol, it's STRONG! lol!)

Here's a link to a calculator I use all the time....
E-Liquid Calculator With Ten Flavor's
Good luck and Happy Vaping!

What great timing for this topic and thread.

I've been smoking forever, figured out it was way past time to change what I've been doing. Ordered a KGO starter package with mainly tobacco taste juices to start and have been so looking forward to it coming. My package arrived this morning and I couldn't wait to get started.

I'm sure everyone's been there, but I am so disappointed. These tobacco tasting juices are nasty! Lucky for me, the supplier (Dark City Vapors) included a free sample of a cappuccino taste flavor; I can struggle through with it.

I had already ordered another sample pack, but it's tobacco slanted also. I guess I'll be on that "magic juice" hunt myself.

One thing I'll say, so far I have no complaints about throat hit--there's plenty of that.

I highly recommend Vapedudes.com. They are a good company with good prices and great promos. I have tried about 20 of their juices and they are all good. Every flavor tastes just like the name.

They have 2 different promos running that you can combine if you want. The first one is "fbfree". That will get you a free 10ml bottle of your choice, no purchase necessary. They only accept 15 of those a day, so if it doesn't work, try the next day.

The other code is "Vapedudes". Which will get you 40% off your order. If you get the 5 bottle sampler pack, plus the free bottle, you will pay about. $18 when using both codes. That will give you 6 bottles to sample.

All of the ice ones are good. If you like mint, I highly recommend spearmint. It tastes like spearmint lifesavers.

My experience with them is that the juices were great as soon as I got them, without steeping. I always try juice when I get it and then after a week, and with the exception of orange cream, they were awesome on the first day. One suggestion though, if you get ice ice, don't get extra flavor, it's way strong.

I am new to vap but have bought so many flavors from diff sites based on the reviews and all of them are just nasty ,even after steeping .
bout ready to give up looking
anyone have a juice that really does taste good and if so where can i find it?

Biggest reason I started to DIY my own. There are only a few vendors that I like but the rest just don't cut it anymore.

For a bit I was fixated on a certain flavor and that didn't work. The juice people have limited things to work with, I think. Order lots of tiny bottles of flavors that don't sound good. Flavor combos seem to work better than simple ones. Try different shops. That seems to make the biggest difference.

Some "tobacco" flavors are hateful and some are awesome while tasting nothing like actual tobacco at all.

Cheap juice seems to be a poor investment for me. I've got like 40 little bottles sitting behind me that I'm not attracted to at all.

I bought a couple of stardusts a month ago or so. Everything in them tastes the same. Strong flavors can kind of come through but there is still a plastic flavor in there. I'd try something else. Gotta be wasteful sometimes to make things work.
