Ummm, ECF doesn't give away free samples. Perhaps you saw an advertisement at the top of the forum? If so, you'd need to contact them in regards to the offer. Not to mention, with the new FDA rules that went into effect on August 8th, freebies like that are most likely no longer available.

Or are you referring to the "Do you like free stuff" block when you first sign in? If that's what you're referring to, ECF has done giveaway's in the past for new gear. With the new FDA requirements that went into effect, we're still looking into whether we can still do this without getting into trouble.

Welcome and glad you joined. You sound like you are ready to quit. I found that deciding to quit is the hardest part in starting to vape. The more you read the more your overall health in life will improve with vaping.
