anyone know of tanks that use all 316L material (and pyrex)?
also, I don't want to have to keep buying coils but I can rebuild the tiny difficult ones if that's a work-around.

I don't think I want to sub ohm vape. I would like clouds but I like mellow vaping, as long as it's not harsh, then I prefer clouds. I do vape %100 VG and am starting to use the smoother brands of nic like vaporsteck, nude nic, and Carolina extracts and vaping low around 8mg.

Also, I want my battery to last pretty long. I have a box mod so it can be a large tank but I don't really need anything over even just 2ml capacity but 3 or 4 should be max.

I see this list
The Best Vape Tanks & Clearomizers for 2016 - Vaping Insider

and they look good but I don't know about sub ohm vaping. I would like to buy both. I don't care if each tank is about $45 as long as replacement parts are available like the glass etc but I don't like the mystery metals.

A Kayfun style tank would be a solid choice for your first builds, but they all use clear polycarbonate sections. I have 8 Kayfuns and have never broken a polycarbonate tank in spite of drops of all types of surfaces. One in particular has been in use for years.

As long as you don't use tank killer juices poly will be fine. If you want glass, the Squape (R)eloaded is one that uses glass see through sections. There are a number of tanks that use glass, but there's always the possibility of breakage if it rolls off a table and hits a hard surface.
