Rebuildable Atomizer and a Mini 18490?

Non that I know of at this time. I know someone is working on this issue but now sure when It will be resolved.
The issue is for a rba to fit in the CC of a Mini it would have to be very small and may pose issues in building a wick and wire set up in such a confined space.
I am sure with time there will be a good rba out that will fit a REO Mini.

Take a couple of pics of say the era and take to a machinist and just tell him to make sure the od is less than .510. Chris creations maker of the fatty will release an atty called the dribble. It uses a drip shield as the body. Hopefully he makes them reo capatible.
I'm lucky I have 2 awesome rba's custom made expressly for use on Reo's and they fit both my Grand and Mini quite perfectly !!!
