Most rebuldables are in 510. Most everything is going to 510 anyway.
You could get a 510 rebuildable, then get an 808 to 510 adapter.

But vape quality? I've got just 1 person I know that vapes, and he uses ecab. To me it was inferior quality vape vs my current (crapy) setup.

The Pig Cig and iGo Revolver have already been mentioned. There is also the Echo Revolver, also sold by NHaler, which is an automatic 808 VV battery; MadVapes has the Roughstack and Gripper in 808 thread; V4L also has the Gripper; and the (MVP?) iTaste VV has magnetic interchangeable battery heads, so that it can either be 510 or 808 natively.
Of course getting away from VV or Mods, there's also the Echo which rocks all kinds of awesome; the vGo/iGo series (aka the Volt X2 by Smokeless Image); and even the intermediate KR808D-M1/M3 (aka the Elegant by CigEasy).
As for cartomizer/clearomizer options, there's the CE2; the Nano, CE3, X2 Clearomizer (aka CE4/Stardust) and T3 by S.I.; CE4/4+ (aka the Crystal Vision by NHaler); carto-tanks pre-made and -punched by V4L; and the Innokin Tidy's, 901 Tanks and a host of other options.
That's all I can think of off the top of my head for 808's.
Really, 808's are missing rebuildables (and you can buy the threads for doing that) and Vivi Novas among the popular options. A few of the more unpopular/beta models are missing as well, but if they become worth the trouble some vendor will eventually offer them in 808.
