I don't read your language (Arabic?], so I haven't been able to follow the whole thread. But if your looking for a rebuildable atomizer for 808's, the closest I can think of is the CE4+. They have replaceable atomizer heads similar to the Vivi Nova, and people have managed to re-wick them as well.
They are designed for the iGo or Echo batteries though. They will still work on a standard 808, but they'll look a little funny because they are oversized. The Echo versions hold about 0.5 ml more liquid. They are also called I-Turbo and Crystal Vision.
