So before i ever built a kayfun or taifun I built a microcoil on a protank, super easy but...

the problem i'm running into is if i have a fresh coil, i can rebuild it super easy but once that coil needs to be changed, i can't get a good build on it, my guess is the piece of rubber gets somewhat dry rotted and rips easier when pulling it out and also doesn't go in right

does anyone have a solution to keep these things fresh? vasoline? i feel it's useless to keep buying the coils and then rebuilding them once, or does anyone have an idea where i can just get a box of the rubber things for cheap and not have to replace the cup and pin

Lightning vapes carries all the parts needed for a protank rebuild. The silicon grommets work much better than the rubber ones, and last for quite a few builds (I usually end up losing it by dropping on the floor and not being able to find it rather than have it tear).

You can get a full kit or just the parts:Kanger Protank / Evod Coil Head Assembly - Whole Unit or Parts - Lightning Vapes

$10 for 10, dang....might have to grab some of the silicone ones though, i have a bag full of old stems and cups and everything, just have problems with them after i've used them, thanks for the link
