rebuilding protank heads.

so the first head that came with my protank went bad, i screw in the second one and i keep getting a horrid taste out of it although i let it sit for a few hrs already.
i dont have a mod with ohms reading or short circuit protection and i just would like to know if there is a way to rebuild my heads without a mod that does that. can i rebuild a head and test it for shorts and ohms with a multimeter? and if so, how?

been to that thread before, the info i cant seem to find is how specifically to use a multimeter to check for ohms and shorts because i only have a twist.

I have seen videos where people use this gadget though I think you need some sort of adapter to screw you rebuilt device to it properly

I've been looking at those Protanks...but keep telling myself that since I pretty much only Vape Tobacco Flavors, I can't justify the cost...but man do I want one...are the heads on it the same as what is on the T3s? I already have the stuff to rewick Nova/ T3s...from the pics, looks just like the T3 heads??

just when i thought it would be fine tho, looks like my cc info got swiped from some online vendors so, no juice or rebuildable stuff for me until i get this sorted out.

I'd worry about shorts building mesh wicks for a Genesis....but you'd have to be pretty shaky to short out an Evod/pro tank/vivi nova/t3 atty with cotton/silica/bamboo wicks!

Do it once, after that you will be able to do any easily.
