okay so i just watched "A PBusardo Tutorial - Vivi Nova Cleaning & Rebuilding" and in the video he rebuilds it using Kanthal resistance wire A-1 32 awg
the outcome of this was a resistance of 2.5 Ohms .....
thats all fine and dandy

would anyone know what size wire to use to get a 1.8 Ohms or like 2.2 ohms to use with an ego battery

from my understanding 2.5 ohms is too much for a 3.7 volt

i would do tests myself and try different wires but i have nothing to test the Ohms and im just assuming here that the resistance has to do with the gauge of the wire used.

thank you so much to whoever can answer this one for me!

I use 32 guage kanthal on my novas and get around 1.8 ohms with 4 wraps. More wire will raise the resistance, less wire will lower it. It's all about the overall length of the wire. 4 wraps is a consistant 1.7 to 1.8 for me. I recommend you get one of the ohm meters to test it with tho. It's $20 but worth every penny imo.
