So like the title says, what would you recommend for an APV in the $100 price range?

I'd like to have just the basics as far as features go without a bunch of extra functions but build quality is important and ability to take different size batteries via telescoping would be nice but not opposed to swapping endcaps.

I've been eyeing the SVD, SID, Vamo, Vmax V5. What other choices are there in my price range? I really don't want to spend more than ~$100. Thanks!

the zmax v5 also has a removable top which makes it easier to clean and the new menu display which is an improvement over the v3 version. all-in-all the best and most durable mod I have under $100. I would buy it again in a heartbeat...........

I second the Zmax. I have a V3 & V5. I work construction & the V3 is my work PV. It's been dropped, dusty & taken a beating. So far, seems to be built like a tank. And just to clarify, we're talking about the Sigelei Zmax- NOT the Smok version.

I also have an SVD which the button began malfunctioning on after a month & a half- just long enough to be out of warranty. The button still works but is super sensitive. Junk imo. Sits at home collecting dust & I'll never by an Innokin product again because of it.
