I want to give ya'll few important updates about Ithakas.
Heres the info:
Ithaka Pre-orders. A few things here guys.
First and foremost, we have shipped out almost all of the Ithaka Pre-orders at this time! Here is where your Pre-order may be affected:
We are still waiting on the Telescopic Ithaka Mouthpieces to come into us from Imeo. As you know everything needs making and it all takes time to do. We expect them into us here soon, Imeo told us he is almost ready to ship them out. If you have a Pre-Order for a Telescopic mouthpiece, we have held that order. The entire order containing these mouthpieces will be shipped out once we receive them into us.

The Second important tid-bit of information I have for you all is on Ithaka devices and Parts.
The reason how we were able to get out so many orders so fast this time around is due to the way we set up this Ithaka shipment. We had hundreds going out that were pre-ordered and we also purchased a whole bunch to stock on to the site for purchase, we also had parts come in as well. These Ithakas all needed to be assembled once we received them into us. So we split up the shipment. We assembled enough Ithakas to fulfill all of the pre-orders. Then we stopped to ship the orders out to everyone ASAP! (we hope that you appreciate the quickness in which we shipped out orders) This means we still have to assemble many many more Ithakas. This will take some time to do. Once we have the rest built we will know exactly the amount of parts available. We will need to take a quick inventory of everything and then we will be posting it all up. We have already started working on this. We estimate this will take about another week or so to complete and post.
Throughout this whole process we have brought in extra help to do this in the most expedient way for everyone. From shipping and processing orders to building and processing parts. We ask that ya'll please have a little more patience with us as we complete this process and get these devices out to you!
