I am very sorry that many packages shipped from the late Nov were delayed. most packages were delayed for a couple of days. some packages were seriously delayed for 1 or 2 weeks.

we are very concerned about every order shipped from Health Cabin and track all orders online and on phone for a few times every day.

we know that long waiting is absolute torture. so we manage to send orders out of our door asap once you place your order. and then we keep pushing our shipper to send orders out of china.

we really hope that shipping time will go back to normal in the new year.

i am sorry that we do not ship orders from 30th, Dec to 1st, Jan because of holidays.

we will start to send orders from 2nd, Jan.

normally customers in the USA can get their orders within 8 days after it is shipped. but packages might be delayed because of bad weather.

Ordered my stuff late night on 12/19, received on 12/31. That was pretty impressive considering the distance, holidays, customs, and all. It wasn't for a Christmas present or anything so it wasn't a big deal to me that it didn't get there then.

I'm really happy with my order. Incidentally, there was a blue metal single cig case in the package as well that I didn't order and wasn't charged for. Don't know if it was intentional or accidental.

I placed two orders, one on 12-18 and one on 12-19. The second order [all juice] arrived on 12-29 the first one [all hardware] is still a no-show. I did email them and got a response, holiday's, weather and so forth. I'm am wondering what Health Cabin's policy is as to when then declare a shipped item as missing in action. Anyone have any experience with that one?
