FDA falsely claims the “annual death toll from tobacco-attributable disease has risen to more than 480,000” (as cigarette-attributable mortality rate is 480,000) to deceitfully claim its proposed deeming regulation is “so important for public health”; misrepresents proposal’s deadly impact on public health; falsely insinuates e-cigs are marketed to youth, are gateways to cigarettes, and prevent smokers from quitting.

Wow. You don't actually have to read the two page statement. Just skip down to the bottom of either page and read the footer:

Didn't know they were pimping the "...for the children" angle so hard it's now practically part of the stationary.
