First sentence on FDA’s new Deeming Regulation webpage falsely claims “tobacco use” is “leading cause of preventable disease and death in the United States” (it’s cigarette smoking) to confuse, scare and lobby for agency’s deadly proposal to protect cigarettes by banning >99% of far less hazardous e-cigs and giving e-cig industry to Big tobacco

No surprise there, for those that have been following the FDA actions against us for the last few years.

I was kind of shocked when the proposal talked about how dangerous tobacco pipes were considering the '64 SG report had pipe smokers living longer than non-smokers.

I still challenge the smoking claim as #1 cause of preventable disease and death in the United States.

So, only misleading in 2 ways.
