Recharging a half full battery?

As I'm about to go to bed I estimate that my Spinner II has about 50% battery remaining. Normally I only recharge them when the light turns orange, but I was wondering if it's detrimental in any way to recharge it at a higher capacity?

Edit: I just realized this subforum is only for batteries associated with APV's, sorry.

It is ok to charge a lithium battery before it is completly discharged.

They do not have a "memory" like older ni-cads used to have.

Its not detrimental to a lithium battery at all. Actually easier on it than a deep discharge to keep a lithium batt "topped off".

As for being in the wrong forum, I'll take care of that now, though the question (and answer) is still valid regardless of whether it is a removable APV battery or a built-in battery like an eGo or similar

^^^ Exactly. I remember the old Ni-Cad batteries that you had to discharge completely before you recharged. What a PITA. Glad those are a thing of the past now.

Also, I charge my Spinner 2 when it's blue. Doesn't hurt it at all.
