I received my first order from these guys, about 20 bottles of flavourart. 8 are 75% filled 6 are literally half way, rest are fine. Anyone else have this happen?

I have been getting my vape needs from them for almost a year now and really had no issues until recently....they should take care of it...just go to the web site and click on the contact us link and tell them what you got....
I have been trying to get F'art USA Mix for 3 1/2 months now, and not happy at this point....they have been great to deal with, but seems something may be different now????

Are you measuring it against the bottle or via ml? Those 5ml bottles hold the best part of 7.5ml, if they are full to the top then you've got too much liquid. The fill line on a 5ml is way below shoulder, you might be quite surprised.
Just measured. A bottle to the shoulder is just over 6ml. (Used the fullest bottle i had. Closest to being at shoulder i was supplied with.) So 50% is 3. Even 75% full seems a bit low. Threw away my needles 2 days ago. So had to use a pipet. The bottles are taller then half way compaered to 10 ml but they are also slightly thinner.
Either way I spent close to $55 and feel I received less then what I should have gotten. I'll make a phone call and get this resolved .Half way is not OK. It was kinda a let down to see a quarter of my flavors are half full is all. Kinda like buying a soda not quite full but being told its OK its in a 14 oz can and having to figure out for myself did I really get 12 oz? Just feels odd to me.
Overall I may have received more ml then paid for but certainly not per flavor. Kinda like whatever is on low stock put less in the bottle. Have alot of xxx so we will put more to compensate for that last bottle. Inconsistancy is apparent. Doesn't look good from my point of view. Didn't feel good. My math may be off but even with margin of error this isn't right.

If the bottles are low you are entitled to feel that way, I guess without measuring them we wouldn't know. Speak to Ty, I am sure he will credit you generously.
If anyone else notices this, please give us a call, or send an email, and we will make it right. I will also let the crew know to keep an eye out for short bottles.
