Recipe for 0% nic tobacco flavored e juice?

I tried searching but had no luck.
Nearest I can tell take some PG and tobacco absolute and shake them all about and out comes no nic e juice.

I understand the the tobacco absolute has those tobacco specific carcinogens and might add a trace amount of nicotine. I don't care.

Any one have a starter recipe or can turn me on to some threads that cover this?

I have read that perfume and aroma therapy suppliers are the place for tobacco absolute. What is a good source for menthol?

I believe that Nuck's "Best attempt at a tobacco flavor so far" thread (in the Canadian subforum, for some reason) has become the standard that others follow or tweak. [It's a work in progress for me.]

You can get the Tobacco Absolute (and the recommended Ethol Maltol) as well as Menthol from The Perfumer's Apprentice. The site is a bit awkward to navigate. I just "Search" for each item, e.g., Tobacco Absolute. In most cases, you can choose the desired quantity. [NOTE: A little bit of this absolute goes a long way.]

The Tobacco Absolute is liquid (as is the Clove I also ordered), the Ethyl Maltol is crystals (as is the Vanillin I also ordered). I went with the Menthol liquid: for convenience, and because the crystals were out of stock.

You'll see that all of these are quite inexpensive. You don't need to get large quantities. The $2.00 or $3.50 sizes should suffice.

I got my Propylene Glycol (16 oz) and Glycerin* (16 oz) from Essential Wholesale. Also inexpensive. They were a bit sluggish in their shipping, but it got here after about a week or so. [The plastic squeeze bottles (and other "lab" supplies) I ordered from US Plastics around the same time arrived much more quickly.]
