In all truth, the flavor profile of the lemonade I got was more of a pledge-like taste, not so much a lemonade flavor. With that said, I have bad luck when it comes to lemon flavors. Not a big fan of them but have been looking for a lemonade flavor I tried when I was new to vaping which I really liked. For the life of me I can't remember who made it though. I have tried about 3 different lemons (OSDIY (Pink Lemonade), RF, and TFA) and they all have had a weird aftertaste to me so take my opinion with a grain of salt. Just think it is a flavor which won't work with my taste buds.

Have you tried CAP pink lemonade? It's pretty good stuff!

Have not tried that one, might put it in the cart next time I go shopping though. Although, wow, I have so many flavors just sitting here, it might be a while before I order again. I really need to become a mad scientist and start mixing up some of the stuff I have which I can't remember why I ordered in the first place. Went through a phase where I was ordering like crazy and now think I might have over done it. LOL, at least it was cheaper than my shinyitis phase of vaping.

I hear ya, I have WAY too many flavors for 1 person. At least they're cheap!

Here's the one I got from the dropbox in the TFA thread and have really been enjoying for some time. The original says 10% EM but I cut it down to 8% and I use tfa sweet and tart instead of tart and sour.

Lemonade

FlavorWest Lemonade 14%
Cotton Candy 10%
Honey 1%
Tart and Sour 5%

So here's what mine looks like

Lemonade

FlavorWest Lemonade 14%
Cotton Candy(TFA) 8%
Honey(TFA) 1%
Sweet and tart(TFA) 5%

Just my humble but, I would think all that EM would be muting the flavor. I would drop it down to 2-3%. Add some sweetener if need be to replace some of what you took out by lowering the EM %.

The lemonade is still very tart and I think it has good flavor even at 8%. Capt. I thought the same thing when I first saw the recipe on the dropbox but figured that bill knew what he was doing so I would give it a try. I usually never go much over 2% with the EM in any other recipe.

Again, not even a recipe that I have tried but it seems like your creating a battle ground here. Adding EM to reduce tartness and then adding tartness back in with the Sweet-Tart? If it works for you then, it works for you! Just my thoughts :)

I wasn't trying to start anything. I was a mixing noob when I found that recipe on the dropbox and was inclined to trust someone else's experience. I'm sorry if it came across the wrong way. I tried it with the tart and sour that was in the original recipe and didn't like it that way so I tried the sweet and tart since I knew that I liked that flavor. I haven't taken the time to try it but have thought about cutting back on the lemonade, em, and sweet and tart to bring the total flavor percentage down. So far, a lot of my favorite recipes are high in flavor percentage. I do see your point. One advantage is that it's shake and vape. No steeping necessary.

Oh, I didn't take it in any wrong at all, I just didn't want to sound all know it all-y :) I believe you said this was one of Bills recipes and I like some of his work. Others of it not so much. Almost all of it is more heavily flavored than I will usually use. I've always found that 12% is a magic number with FW.

One of the first recipes I tried was the lite strawberry cheesecake. I still use it on a daily basis after all of these months. I've thought about trying to get the numbers down but it hasn't been enough of a concern to take a serious try at it. That's one reason I was excited to try some of the real flavors stuff. I wonder how the 3% concentrate I've mixed them at compares to the higher flavor mixes since it is super concentrated. I'm having a hard time explaining what I'm meaning but if regular flavors are more diluted then what would 3% of a concentrate be compared to the diluted flavors? This I can tell you. At that low percentage the flavors are very strong.

ummm......take a close look at those nic nude bottles.....Nic Nude does not make their own flavoring, but does repackage everyone they sell so their logos are on the bottles. The names of the flavor makers are along the side vertically.

    Thanks
NN or whoever they supposidly use makes flavoring from actual fruits etc...you can taste it in the juice...

We all like to play dice sometimes with a juice! My TFA Western from my almost 4 weeks old batch of tobaccos was too sweet at 2%. I added 4 drops AP to around 40ml last night. Tonight the sweetness is almost gone and the AP nuttiness is a little too prominent, so I added 5 drops of EM!

I'll let it sit and see what happens. It's one of those flavors that's not on my top list anyway. Maybe I'll fix it and like it and maybe it will go into the Last Resort box to vape when I'm out of everything else!
