Interesting. Cigarette butts are now “combustible tobacco waste and are being lumped in with e-cigarette waste. No actual percentages are given as to how much of this waste is cigarette butts except a mention that there is less e-cigarette waste in poorer communities. The use of “little cigars” is apparently something of a revelation somehow. I wonder what they would think if they actually found out what a “blunt” is. Those “little cigars” most likely were used only for their wrapper.
