So I've currently got a Dark Horse rda and LOVE it...except; the posts spin. It drives me NUTS!!!

I've had this and tried many others including (but not limited to) the doge V1 and the 454 Big Block (a disappointment in my mind. Too much hardware for too small of a size).

So, I'd like a better dripper. Here are a few requirements of mine:

Wide bore drip tip
Minimum of 3 posts
Posts must be squared, milled, or something, somehow so they don't spin when tightening leads down
Prefer it to be 22-23mm size but performance trumps aesthetics
juice well size not a top priority, but the bigger the better

That's it, I'm fairly simple. Thoughts gentlemen?

So I have a Doge v 2 that has great flavor. The top cap and drip tip are big and have a conical shape for better performance. The center post is squared off and better than the v1 and has more room than a lot of others I have looked at. The system is only 3 post. The X-Doge v2 is very similar. I am including links to elements vape for these two. You might want to check out some of the other RDA's here as well. They have a good selection and you can always google reviews by name to give you a better idea as to how they run.

The Kennedy is definitely a great atty, same with the Competition Kennedy. If you're looking for attys for $50&under, check out the Royal Hunter, Doge v2, Mutation X v3 or v4, CLT v3.
Attys over $50 I'd go with one of the Kennedy's or the dotmod Petri. The Petri only has two posts, yet it has 4 post holes. It doesn't come with a drip tip but dotmod and other brands make wide bore tips for it and chuff caps. As for aesthetics, the Petri wins in my eyes, and the building deck is very different from the competition.

The El cabron is a durable work horse rda, haven't had the posts budge on me yet after some "excessive" force by yours truely. Perfect size for airflow, wide open for me is too much but I close mine off a wee bit and we're good to go. Monster clouds, great flavor. It's my best and brightest so far. The original freakshow is no joke as well, again no problems with the posts at all. Great flavor atty.

Kennedy, Royal Hunter, Hellboy, Mutation X v4, and the Baal (super underrated RDA). Or, if you want to sound like a kazoo, get the Turbo RDA :headbang:
I actually have the turbo and if you use the 510 adaptor it pretty much eliminates that sound. Also closing of the airflow a bit takes away some of the sound. It's a great rda!

Revolt RDA. Posts arent milled or squared, but with grub nuts, there should be no need to tighten to a point where the post would spin. Best atomiser period. Cloud and flavor chasing easily capable. And with optional PEEK topcap, heat is insolated better than any other atty on the market. Comes with 510 PEEK adaptor, spare silicon o rings, copper and SS center post, along with a wide bore SS with PEEK inner piece wide bore tip.

Best materials/versatility ive ever seen in an atty. You have to check out the rest of the design, its literally perfect in my opinion.

I have the Magma, Atomic, 454, Stillaire, Derringer, TOBH v2, Origen 1 & 2, K.Loud, Veritas, CLT v3, Patriot, Tugboat. My favorites are still the Veritas and Origen 2. Both have great flavor and decent juice capacity. The Veritas can be a pain to build at times. I agree with you on the 454...

I really want to hear some of your thought on the k loud. With such a reduced chamber I must imagine flavor is unparalleled? Sorry for derailing the topic.

The K.Loud was suppose to satisfy my need for flavor (which is why I drip) and provide me with the convenience of having juice capacity. The draw is as tight as my KFL+ v2. You can do different things to help out on the draw such as re-positioning airhole, drill out larger hole in tank, cut slots, etc. It is a flavorful atty and but also consumes your juice very fast. My issues with the tank are that I have not resolved the leaking problem via the airholes and the occasional sucking of juice through the mouth piece. I done the vertical and horizontal builds, more / less cotton, and higher ohms builds. Still not working consistently enough for me. It's still a work in progress...

Look at the Lycan from cigreen. Large deck, massive airflow and under 30 bucks for authentic. It is all I use now. Does have a huge well and stainless competition style cap. Alot of extras included. The only complaint is the grub screws, I hate em. I replaced the screws and haven't put it down since.

Veritas is my favorite for ultimate flavor and no leakage , only the authentic and the 1:1 clones though , the non 1:1 clones have a much shorter back wall and the juice well is much shallower which makes it a no go for me.

Origen's are in my top 3 all time for flavor and of course the original Magma is a must have . Everything with a basic three post shallow well design just doesn't work for me , i can care less about clouds though , flavor is #1 on my list.

Since this previous post, I got the Kennedy Centered 2 hole, Kennedy Competition, Hobo v3, and Origen v3.
If you like the Origens, then I would recommend the latest version 3. It has the same style deck, however, the cap is domed and has a larger airhole. They also fixed the airflow ring so it's screwed down rather than o-ringed. I use the v2 now for my Ni200 builds and Kanthal twisted coils for my v3.
The Kennedy was the one that surprised me. I originally thought is was a leaky, cloud chasing sub-ohmer RDA and decided to pass. I went to a different vape shop and I tried the 2 holed Kennedy, simple 7 wrap 24g build, and it was a flavor beast! I had to buy it. If your not sure about it, buy a clone 2 hole for $7 with a dragon or gremlin cap and try it. The airflow is just right. Don't waste your time on the competition 4 holed versions.
The Hobo v3 sucks. Thank goodness I got it cheap.
