If you are looking at never vaping above 45 watts with the batteries in question, you'll be able to squeeze out another 10-15% mAh's (cycle capacity) over a Molicel P26A (2600 mAh)/P28A (26-2700 mAh). The Samsung 30Q's and Sony/Murata VTC6's offer around 3000 mAh's at 15 Amps. However, with Molicels, you have tons of head room for additional heat with normal use before it starts to greatly effect the health of the battery, which is going to be the number one killer of your battery's overall health over time.

Think of it this way: Let's say a car's tachometer redlines at 6500 rpms. Would you rather have a battery that's consistently running at 6500 rpms, or a battery that's running around 4000 rpms? That's what I mean when I say head room.

Would I trade 10-15% mAh's for another 10 Amp head room (15A vs 25A)? Definitely. I have 14 of the Molicel P26A's and 6 of the P28A's. Molicel makes extremely good batteries and their price in comparison to the bigger name brands like Sony/Murata, Samsung, Panasonic/Sanyo, LG, etc. generally can't be beat. They often also boast higher legitimate, tested specs than the other brands.

I'd agree with tj, just grab some Molicel P26A or P28A 18650's and you won't be disappointed, if 18650's are the size of battery you are looking for.
