What juice are you using? I use 80PG/20VG (VG makes the vapor but is thick and dulls hit and flavor, though not much in this amount) and Bloog or Volt cartomizers (horizontal coil 2.6ohm airy stuffing that absorbs easily and wicks quicky. They may use juice a bit faster -seem to vaporize more on each drag and make more vapor). I use V4L batteries for the 10-second cutoff allowing longer drags and manuals to always get the best possibly drag/hit. I also avoid all dark, opaque or cloudy juices that drop flavoring sediment in the carto and ruin the drag and wicking and vapor production.

If you want more vapor how about a big-battery 3.7v mod and dual coil cartos to vape 2 coils at once. But I don't use them - I have no desire to vape double cooler vapor and use my charge up twice as fast.

Or get a mod or fat battery 650mah+ model and drip higher Vg juice on atomizers?

...the first and cheapest thing to improve vapor would be to use a juice with a higher VG level...makes a real diff...next would be to get a Riva510 from liberty-flights.com or even better a Kgo from hoosierecigsupply.com...along with these, getcha some Boge2ohm or SmokTech 1.7ohm single coil cartos...will knock your socks off...I would advise to avoid dual coil cartos on a 3.7v device as the vapor is cooler and requires a bit more "cooking" to get as much vapor as the other cartos I recommended...dual coils really shine at 5v and you would need some sort of mod for that..........

An Ego or Riva with the Boge 2.0 ohm carto will do the trick for you. All three are here E-Liquid and Electronic Cigarette Shop - Category Listings (when in stock).

Or, take a look at the Rough Stack from Welcome to MadVapes LLC Couple that with the 1.7 ohm single coil by Smoketek, or the CCV Resurrector.

3.7 volt vaping doesn't get much better than that.

For more vapor, try a higher percentage of VG in your juice. At least 30 percent VG. I use 50/50 at 24mg.

The "double cooler vapor" for dual coil cartomizers is just patently incorrect, which once again does not surprise me. Why make statements about something one has no experience with, such as throat hit or vaping with 5 volt or variable volt models.

I will qualify that I have not used dual coils at 3.7 volt vaping. But I use them regularly at 4.5v - 5.0v vaping and they provide nice WARM vapor and excellent throat hit.

To the OP: I would suggest as a next step up using a better battery model such the E-Power 510 or Kgo and experiment with regular resistence and dual coil cartos. Here are some trusted suppliers:

I was looking at that Kgo as my second purchase. I love their dual coil tank adapters in chrome also. What tank would you recommend?

I'm not a tank guy. But I have used Stormy's Vapor Cellar tanks that she improves herself with stronger plastic/tubing. Her's never leaked and from what I have read, her's are considered quite good.

Copied from another post I made (I'm lazy tonight):

After almost a year, all I can do is tell you what works for me:

1) Ego 510 XL 1000 mah battery from puresmoker.com. I can't seem to find the 1000 mah anywhere else. I've tried the 650s, 900s and 1100 mah batteries from various vendors and the ones from puresmoker just last. I think I still have my original from 6+ months ago. I am a chronic vapor. I get about 5-6 hours out of a battery. I use three batteries in rotation so I always have a spare ready to go. Make sure you get a charger to support the bigger battery. I have found the USB cable for a wall charger from litecig far superior to the one that comes with a puresmoker charger. Maybe order the whole wall charger and cable from litecig?

2) Dual coil cartomizers. Greatest thing since sliced bread IMHO. I did the SR and LR cartos and the DCs leave them in the dust. Good TH and vapor and they don't burn and become useless if you run them dry. I run through about 4 of those a day but I vape constantly from my early morning coffee until when I close my eyes at night.

For me, it's all simple and easy. I don't have to fool around much with hardware during the day, just vape my head off.

Good luck.

Puresmoker is out of the 1000mah battereis but I found some at Cignot.
