I know you asked for under $200 but what would an american rock solid made lifetime internals (1 year battery) warranty be worth to you ? BOSS 3000 DNA200 Mod
Hotcig DNA200 may faith the bill. Ecig.com was blowing them out for $65 recently. I have one. Pretty nice box for the money.

How about one that squonks? This is the only DNA200 mod I own but it's pretty great. In the interest of full disclosure, I only own squonk mods.
It is an elite mod, best 510 on the market, quality american battery, non sweatshop wiring, solder is flawless and the laser etching sky is the limit graphics will put it over the top one of a kind,
you definitely pay for what you get ..........
