There's menthol + tobacco:
Nhaler's "Nuport".
Totally Wicked's Black Label "Oldport"

Or just menthol no tobacco flavoring:
Totally Wicked's Decadent Vapours "Menthol".

Nhaler also has a 'menthol only' "Supermenthol" but it's likely too strong.

There are many other vendors of course but those are the ones that I know that fit what you ask.

Another option is to make your own from menthol crystals - warm them up/dissolve in either water or pure grain alcohol and then add them to a blend of nic base and VG or PG. ONE DROP AT A TIME. ;-)
