Bloog is in every way superior to Volt. They are cheaper, have a 102mm so an etra size up if you ever want to move up a bit. Bloog blank cartos are the best quality to refill. People have used the same one for weeks -- Smokeless Image cartos are made of pillows and rat fur (do a search on ECF for the filling problems). I've used both.

If you use an 808d. Best tip you will EVER get: ditch the PCC it's a hassle and crap. Just buy extra bats and slap them into a slim cigarette case with cartos screwed on... You'll never have to hassle with a PCC and will have 1-6 (regular 100s cig case) charged bats as you wish to carry. You can go all day on 6 fully charged bats (78mm better than 65s) and it will be less hassle and less pocket space than a PCC. Go to work: just pop 3-4 charged bats into your case and gtg. No hassle. A PCC is a perpetual hassle--the money you waste on one you can buy extra 808d batteries.

I am not a fan of prefilled cartridges, so I would recommend the 510 tank. As a basic it is the best. Battery is good for 4-5 hours, so if you get 2, you can charge one while using the other. You get a better hit with the atomizer and cartridge than with a prefilled. You use e-liquid so you also get fresher taste. The e-cig is the same size and looks a lot like a real cig. You can pick up a double kit for $59.95 at simplyvapors.com.

If you want the smallest form factor, don't mind a bit of expense, and don't mind toting around some backup batteries, the "best" option might just be the precise 10440 from supertmanufacturing. It is an e-cig mod that takes 10440 batteries which can be swapped out of the device, has a great build with the best electrical contacts for consistent vape quality (until the battery weakens), is easy to use, and has a lifetime warranty (if I'm not mistaken). I've been using a bigger mod because of battery life but have been tempted to pick up one of these for when I'm in certain social settings because of it's size, quality and looks. It should work fine with any 510 cartomizer. It is pricey, but it's many fans think it is worth it if it does what you are looking for.
