I am still a newbie so hi to everyone again. I need to find a good e-cigar for my father in law. I did a search and came up with a cohita on e-puffer.com that seems good but thought I would take advantage of the wealth of knowledge and experience here. I need an e-cigar that is rechargable and offers empty cartos as well as filled ones. My father in law is a bit elderly and will not be able to handle anything more complicated. I want to make as plug and play as possible.
