Hey guys!

Im new to vaping and currently have Kangertech EVOD 650mah batteries, starter plastic clearomizers, and a T3D clearomizer.

I bought the T3D and just thought I was upping my tank size. Had no idea they took new dual coils. After reading online about how dual coils are harder to clean and use more battery life Ive decided to find a clearomizer that uses single coils. Im trying to not have to buy coils all of the time and im comfortable cleaning single coils.

Also, Id really like to start using glass tanks to keep away from the plastic. I find so many people opposed to plastic and just as many ok with them. Confusing. Just thought Id stay away to be safe.

So what are you recommendations for me?

Id like to keep my budget to $25

Side question: are single coils going to be phased out?

Thanks!

My favorite is the Anyvape Davide. It now has an added ring for dual coils or BVCs, but all you have to do is take that ring off to use it as a single coil. Also, Kanger Protank 2 or Mini Protank 2. The full sized protank has a less airy draw if you prefer that. If you don't prefer that you can get airflow controllers for them now. The Davides and the protanks all use the same Kanger (or Kanger style) coils.

Those are the main glass single coil clearomizers that I know of, but I'm sure there are more out there.

And welcome to ECF!

So you can use other brand tanks with EVOD batteries?

Yes. There are two main connector types. Ego and 510. Ego is male thread into female thread on the tank, and 510 is the reverse. And as far as I know all Ego threaded connectors have 510 built into them. Not all 510 connectors have ego threading, but there are cheap adapters available.
