Simple question about single coil and dual coil clearomizers.

Hi folks,

When I gave up analogs and started vaping 42 days ago, I purchased several clearomizers a couple iClear 16's, 4-5 KangerTech T3S's and 4 T3D's. My fiancee likes them all which is fine but I have found that for me the T3S seems to really mute the flavor of any juice I use so needless to say, I really like the T3D. My question is this, can I use a T3D replacement core in a T3S tank? As far as I can tell, the only difference between the two is the drip tip and of course the coils.

I don't have any experience with those, but I reckon a trip to kangertechs website may answer the question. I know for their Protank 2 and 3's you can't interchange heads, not sure if the same applies to the T3S/D. Best of luck, and I'm sure someone who knows off the top of their head will chime in soon if you don't want to go to the website.

I don't thinks it is the T3's that are muting your juice, but the coils (wicking material and perhaps wire)
I've used T3's for over a year now and since I rebuild my own coils using braided cotton wicking, I have had no issued with muted tastes. I believe that no matter what atomizer you use, you will eventually have to find either better coils or start rebuilding them to suit you.
