I'm set up with my GPS. But, a lady who works with me has requested I check into a unit for her to give as a Christmas present to her daughter. The price can't be a lot over $100-150. I know most units are available at substantially less than the MSRP.
I've been reading owner's reviews, but not finding any which were very recent.
I'm looking at some of the Garmin Nüvi models. 4.3" Wide screen is a must, and there are a number of models available in the required price range which fit that bill. I'm having a hard time sorting out the other difference for their importance though. The 205W looks good, but the model appears to be at least several years old.
Anyway, just thought I'd toss this out there in case anyone has any opinions they'd like to share. The lady ain't rich, the GPS would be a BIG gift for her and I'd like to give a good recommendation. Any input would be appreciated.
