Recommended carts for IBTank & Texas Tuff?

I have on the way:
a IBTank 19mm XL tank kit (comes with a 3.2 ohm XL Smoketech) and
a Texas Tuff Pro3 (I chose a LR 1.5 ohm cart to be included.)

I have a 1000 mah VV Twist. My juices typically are 70pg/30 or 80pg/20 (only a few at 50/50) if that factors into it.

Which carts do you recommend for both tanks - I'm looking for prepunched.
For a noob ordering carts it can be confusing!
I believe I'm supposed to be looking for single coil carts for both. The IBT takes an XL and the Pro3 takes standard. That's about all I'm sure about.
I'm looking at Boge 510 blank laser punched carts for tank systems - Low Resistance - standard for the Pro3 and XL for the IBT. Will I be ok going with these?
(I know Ikenvapes are recommended but they are never in stock.)

I pretty sure most will say Boges and Kanger both in LR. I have been looking around to try some different cartos and pretty much have come to the Boge, Kanger and ikenvape options. Judging by the amount of vendors who have these in stock, those are the preferred cartos.

Smoketech dual's aren't bad but I didn't care for the faster drain on batteries, the difference in performance just wasn't enough for me.

I went ahead and ordered the punched Boges from Electronicstix who seemed to have the best deal. Still open to advice from master vapers for my future orders.

I just got mine with a pack of flanged carts specifically for the F16. Just waiting for juice to arrive to try it. That was easy to find carts for - since they sell packs for the F16 - lol. I wonder if I can use those carts in my IBT?
