I am relatively new to vaping, but I haven't found anything that tastes like reds. Most tobacco flavors taste nothing like a cigarette. I have heard that NJoy Kings (disposal ecigs) have the closest taste to a cigarette.

I'll be honest with you after a few days of vaping you won't want something to taste like that. I couldn't get my mind around the fact that I would not like the smell or taste of cigarettes so quick. I now am not enticed by it one bit.

I liked a strong mint at first. Yes it tastes and smells nothing like a cigarette, but I can feel it on an inhale and I think it is a little rougher. A PG mix will feel very similar to smoke, and after an adjustment many adapt to something other than cigarettes for that nicotine craving.

Smoke smells bad to me now, but 3 weeks ago it was the most intoxicating thing I could get a whiff of.

my 2 cents.

Best of luck

If you haven't figured it out from the above comments, what the people are explaining is you will not find an e-juice flavor that tastes like tobacco smoke. Not even close. The burning of tobacco and paper and whatever else there is in a burning cigarette can not be duplicated for vaping purposes. Do yourself a favor and forget about finding one. Not trying to be a know-it-all, its just the truth.

Best advice is for you to purchase a few sample flavor packs from different e-juice vendors. These will include small trial size bottles in a set of 3 to 5 flavors that you generally get to choose from a large list that the vendor sells. Once you find a flavor(s) that you like, buy more in a larger sized bottle.

Read over the comments in the Juice forums here for ideas of flavors and vendors and then visit their websites. I believe finding a couple of good flavors to be just as important as finding the right vaping devices.

I've been vaping for a month or so now and have tried 50-75 flavors. I once vape-sampled myself into a dizzy spell from all the nicotine.

Basically, I'm perfectly happy right now with menthol Tobacco flavor. Goodejuice has a nice one. (house Blend menthol Tobacco) DeKang NPort is also pretty good.

Fruit flavors, beverage flavors, whatever just don't taste good I want a powerful inhale and exhale. The menthol Tobacco and NPort work just fine for that.

From what I understand, this is a common progression for new vapers. After all the senses return, smell/taste buds/etc, other flavors 'should' taste better.

As far as the eLiquids go. Just make sure you note the differences in VG and PG based liquids.
I love, love, love 100% vegetable glycerin. It's smoother, puts out more flavor, and more vapor.
I tried out 50/50 of VG/PG. I noticed there was only flavor during inhale/exhale. No after flavor. Which might be ok.....however, it also made my throat a little itchy.
Haven't had this issue whatsoever with 100% VG. Lots more flavor is definitely the best part IMO. *Cheers*

I have heard people like Boba's Bounty, has a tobacco flavor to it, or RY4 flavors. There is no real tobacco flavor that I know of.
Boba's is a complex flavor, it tastes different to different people, sometimes changing flavor as it matures over time. To me, the main flavor was honey grahm crackers.

If you're looking for samples, be aware that a couple of popular tobacco flavors have cryptic names...

555

RY4
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/general-e-smoking-discussion/23753-what-ry4.html

Don't overlook them in your dropdown lists!

Some vendors, have their own signature tobacco flavors. Heather's Heavenly Vapes, for example has some pretty yummy premium tobacco juices. I would say their "Huntsman" is closest to "cigarette" flavor, although no juice will ever really taste like a stinky. In the long run you'll probably find that's a good thing.

I've been dropping the HHV vendor name a lot recently. There are many vendors that do samplers. ECBlends being another one I liked. Mount Baker Vapor is one I just recently ordered from.. and while they don't have sampler packs that I could see, their juice is very reasonable in price. Been vaping on their 555 blend and switching with that and "Gandalf" from HHV. I'm in flavor heaven. Marlboro man ain't got nothin on this!

*edit* while nothing I've tried really resembles a stinky, I too used to smoke Marb Reds. Pack a day. So much tar! Thank goodness for this forum!

You will find that you will like entirely different flavors than you thought you would. Vaping and smoking are similar but different at the same time. Everything you think you will like, you probably won't, and everything you think you will hate, you will probably love! And then, in a few weeks, your tastes will change again and you will like even more new things, and you might not like the juices you like now.

If you are lucky enough to have a brick and mortar store nearby, start there because they usually let you test all of the flavors before you buy any. And if not, find a company that offers sample packs of flavors, and try to get a decent variety.

If you are dead set on trying tobacco flavors...HHV and Halo are pretty popular. From HHV, Gandalf is probably most popular, and from Halo, I see Tribecca the most probably...followed by torque.

But if you find that you don't like tobacco as much as you thought you would...

Alice in Vapeland- they sell 5 juice sample packs, as well as a huge sampler of EVERY flavor.
www.aliceinvapeland.com

Highbrowvapor- they have a few tobacco flavors that get good reviews, but I think they shine in fruit and dessert flavors.
www.highbrowvapor.com

Fancee Juice- they also sell a sampler...

Mister E liquids- Not sure if they have sample packs, but if you like throat hit, their juice called Grey Matter has one of the biggest throat hits I have encountered. Jade tiger is a pretty good one too.

I'm new to vaping, myself. I, like you, was looking for a tobacco flavor to match a marlboro. Basically, any tobacco flavor you get from an e-liquid means that it will taste the way tobacco smells before you light it. A lot of these flavors have a sweetness to them that you won't find in actually smoking a cigarette. That may throw some people off, but I took an immediate liking to it. After getting used to the sweetness, you'll want to explore other flavor ideas.

And trust me, there are a lot of them.

Hell, I've got a strawberry, and a mountain dew flavor on the way now lol.

Personally, I'm a huge fan of HeathersHeavenlyVapes.com They tend to be on the sweet side with all their flavors. I've found my favorite tobacco flavor is from them. It's called Dragon's Fire:

Dragon's Fire (Purity) - $6.00 : Heathers Heavenly Vapes, Top Quality Custom E-Liquids

But like others have suggested, make sure to get a sample pack from wherever you decide to get your juice from. You generally don't need to steep them, and can go straight to vaping.

Also, if you like the smell of pipe tobacco, you will love Gandalf from that same site.

Good Luck!

I guess i will be tryinv ry4 and cofee

Opening another can of worms with that one... RY4 are not vreated equally...They can and will taste very different with each vendor, ecen though they are supposed to be composed of the same flavors. There is a review thread that sorta goes over different variations and what to expect from different vendors. I would suggest checking that out if you are interested in RY4s.

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...views/193327-really-big-ry4-roundup-long.html

And coffees...shoot...that is the toughest flavor for vendors to get right. Im sure theres a few good ones out there, but definitely allot more tears and anger down that road! lol. Most of the time they have a strange burnt taste.

You will never find any liquid that tastes like a marlboro or any analog because you can't replace the taste of combustion... I was also dead set on finding that marlboro taste and couldn't, but after about a week I began trying flavors and have fallen in love with bandersnatch (tastes like butterscotch and bananas) and zombie apocalypse (a hostess strawberry roll with yellow cake and frosting) from Alice in Vapeland...
