Can anyone recommend a reputable vendor for 18650 batteries out of Hong Kong or China? I live in Korea where batteries for vaping are almost non-existent or grossly overpriced. I am actually looking to buy the Samsung INR 18650-25R batteries (ironic that they are not for sale in Korea).

Additionally please do not recommend USA vendors as they either will not ship to Korea or if they do hammer you with massive shipping costs.

Anyone ever deal with a company called LuckLife in Hong Kong?

Regards!

Chipotle.
Fasttech is going to be your best bet IMO, not only are they one of the cheapest places around for batteries, they're also located in China. Generally speaking, if the title says "authentic" the batteries are truly authentic, if you have doubts you can read the descriptions. I personally have purchased 25R's from Fasttech, they are 100% authentic, using one right now actually.

$12.57 Authentic Samsung INR18650-25R 3.6V 2500mAh Rechargeable Li-Ion Batteries (2-Pack) - 35A peak discharge / 22A continuous discharge at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Edit: I'm not sure on their shipping availability to Korea, but they're probably the best bet. The one hangup with Fasttech is that shipping time can be pretty long for batteries(30-45 days), however I'm in the US so I may not be the best gauge for how long it takes to get to you in Korea.

Batteries can only ship via hong kong surface mail...45-60 days...with FT. I just bought some Sonys from KKEquipment and they shipped them in broken flashlights (enclosed can be shipped). Received in 27 days. But they dont carry the Samsungs and are out of stock on Sonys. "Lucklife" claims they have no problem shipping batteries airmail with Singapore Post. And since the Samsungs don't seem to be popular enough yet to be counterfeited I may give them a shot.

Yeah the wait time is the only downer with FT, I waited every bit of two months with the hong kong post surface mail, I wish the old airmail option for batteries was still available. I've never personally dealt with "Lucklife" but I think you're right about the Samsungs not being popular enough to counterfeit yet, I've not come across a single claim of a counterfeit 25R to date.

Edit: I know some people have reservations about eBay and batteries, but I'm of the belief that seller feedback is the end all telltale, this user deals a lot of batteries and ships 25R's from Shanghai for a good price, but 25-30 day delivery is advertised right on the listing. http://www.ebay.com/itm/2x-Samsung-...US_Rechargeable_Batteries&hash=item4ad5f886a9

Double Edit: I also found lucklife on eBay, they mention singapore post and 10-20 days delivery to "other countries" - http://www.ebay.com/itm/2-X-SAMSUNG...US_Rechargeable_Batteries&hash=item27ee5193ae

Thanks Froth!

Ya Lucklife has 10x25R for $59 with tracked shipping. Been searching the Budget Light Forums but nothing on them yet. They also have a 99.7% positive rating on EBay so I think I'll give it a go. Like you I haven't heard of a single Samsung 25R counterfeit yet. And I've been looking for a while.

25-30 days I can live with...45 to 60 days is a bit of a stretch.

Interestingly the vast majority of these batteries on Ebay are out of HK or China. Normally this is not the case with batteries.

Try Promistvapor.com

Their site is all in Japanese, But usally computers will translate it for you if you have, say, Chrome or something. Otherwise, its still pretty easy to get around

They are a bit pricier... and I dont think they have Samsung, but other ones they have.

Shipping to Korea would be 9$. EMS ... i just checked.
