Recycle batteries

Normal Li-ion batteries can be recylced. There are places all over that will take 18650 and such. But what about some of my old mini e-cig bats? Since they are in a steel/aluminium case with and LED and small circuit board does anyone have a place to recycle these? I don't want to just send them to the land fill and I'm tired of having these things lying all over the house.
