Empty USPS package from V4L: What is customer support from V4L going to do?

Thank you everyone for offering your input and suggestions.

I am trying to see if the V4L people from this forum will respond or if they will respond to my ticket that I opened. If not I will be forced to call them (which I really shouldn't have to go through all these steps).

For the record: I have been analog free since April 2010 (almost 2 years). Most of that time I have been a loyal customer of V4L. I have had a few mix ups in the past in my orders and V4L has corrected it very quickly though this is the first time in which I have ended up with a completely empty package/shipment.

I waited very patiently for V4L to restock the red energy 4mg stock - I spent weeks using stuff I didn't like that much. Finally V4L got the 4mg red energy in stock - I ordered it only to find that the package showed up empty on top of which I am almost out of the junk I didn't like that much before.

First I have to say congrats on the 2 year's analog free!

Second thing I would suggest is to do what I always try to explain to people:
Call Vapor 4 Life first... The reason I say that is because some times of the day V4L crew is not on the ECF, so they may not see it being posted here. Second thing, when you call ask to speak to Chadley, he is the customer service expert, and will handle most, if not everything you need. If Chadley can not do it, he will make sure Steve or Mark will help you.

Third, if you get no response there, I would say do what you did and post here. I usually say this as the last step because like I said before, they do not get on here at all times of the day, and sometimes important messages can be lost.
