The strength in the Red Energy VG 5 ml Nobacco juice says
Low Med Hi.
Does anybody know a basic idea of the nic strength for each?
Is Med about 18 mg? Low about 4 mg?

It's on the top of the web page on the V4L site where you find the juices.

Available in High, Medium, Low, and None
High=36mg
Medium=18mg
Low=8mg
None=0mg

Right.

• If you want the 4mg strength, mix equal parts 0mg and 8mg (duh).
• If you want the 11mg strength, mix 2 parts 0mg, 1 part 36mg, and 1 part 8mg.

- Likewise you can simply add 0mg with any strength to get a lower strength, finding the lowest common denominator to determine the drop count of each juice.
- Or simply take the total mg divided by the total "parts" to get your final mg strength.
