Going to take a stab at this. Tried the program and it works, but just could not think through the design that way so I reverted to my "Big Board" that I use when programming.

Need to figure out photobucket or how to get these to enlarge!!

Love all the ideas but thought I would throw something different into the mix based on my current needs and usage. I love the idea of a desk caddy, but I really need is a two in one. Currently in my living room sits the basic equipment that I occasionally use and my wife uses frequently, right now it is ugly!!! My self, I use a container that i move my daily rotation and some other accessories from my office to my living room every day. I need something portable, my wife needs something that looks nice.

So here is my solution

Basically this is a two box approach with a base box tall enough or deep enough for juices to sit upright. Inside the bottom container is a lip for the top or mobile piece to sit in. Below is a hasty diagram of the base layout and the mobile insert layout.

the base (which right now I imagine the height top lip being deep enough for a 10-18ml bottle to stand upright. This could be turned into all lie down compartments.

The top half which fits into the bottom and has either/both handle insets on the side or a handle protruding from the top that easily allows this to be carried from office to living room or where ever.

How it would look from front(crude, alot of room for customization and wood finish to come out, engraving or whatever)

Hope this makes sense!!!

I myself prefer the simple and clean look. Desk caddy to me is more of a spot to hold your everyday supplies while the bulk of the vaping gear can be tucked away in a bin somewhere.
I really like this one I had Capt' make me up. Its got spots for two mods, two 30ml bottle holders, 5 atty/carto holders, and 4 spots for each mod for 6ml bottles/18650 or 18350 batts.
The only thing I might make for it if I happen to need extra storage is a bottom tray. Nothing slide out or anything like that, just a tray 1/4" bigger all the way around, with a little rabbit cut along the inside edge of the bottom try for the top tray to rest in. This adds storage while not getting to labor intensive so the costs can be kept down.

Pics is just of one side of bottom tray and the base of the tray, rest wasn't drawn so ya could see what I was talking about.

Entry #1 Treasure Chest

So the red, blue, and green material would represent rubies and gems. The yellow material is to represent gold bars. The black square is to resemble a locking mechanism.

The first 3 rectangles are for the RSMs and a Voltage meter.

The small four circles are for driptips, tanks, or small bottles of juice

The next rectangle is for atties/cartos

The last four circles are for big bottles of juice

The back of the chest is the lid, which could be an additional cost. But would be great to have just in case you were to knock it over for some reason.
