It's not EXACTLY like red bull, but I was very impressed with how close it was to the actual drink. On a fresh cart (or freshly washed cart too), it even seems like it's got a carbonated fizz to it. I'm not a fan of the actual drink, but this flavor is awesome! It's been my all day vape for 3 weeks now, and I've got tons of juice I've stocked up on it.
If it was a blind taste test with no label though, I'd probably guess Redcow to be mixed berry flavor with a hint of cola.

I've only tried 8mg VG Redcow, and to me it tasted like a mix of cola and sprite. Kinda sparkly. I'm not soda drinker AT ALL, so I would not buy it, but if you like sodas, go for it 
To me it tastes just like a Big Red soda if anyone remembers these. I haven't seen them in awhile.

Red Cow is a hard one to pin down, but yeah, tastes like 'red soda' and some bite like you'd find in Red Bull. Warning: Be careful with the 36mg stuff. The warning on there is not a joke, it hits your throat HARD. Good for those who like 'extreme vaping'.
Good throat hit and vapor, the taste is a little surprising (in a good way) - very strong, sort of a bitter cherry, as someone else said. I think this will be a change-of-pace flavor for me, but it's too much for an all-day vape, IMO.
