Hi Frank!

The reducer tube goes into the tubing that is in your bottle. It is the reduce the flow of juice when you squonk. Works well if you use a high PG, thinner juice.

Hi everyone
when I got my mini, there was a reducer tube in the box, I've watched the rebuild video, but can't see what it's for.
could one of you kind people please tell me what the reducer tube is for.
thanks
frank

The reducer tube won't help you lose weight but it will keep your Reo from autofeeding. There are rare times when a Reo might autofeed. Autofeeding means that the Reo is feeding juice to the atty without any squonking taking place. This can flood the atty. The tube is inserted into the tube of the Reo. This is rare and i am certain that very few Reo owners have ever had to use the reducer tube. Autofeeding is more apt to happen with thin PG juices.

I remember somebody (??? have NO idea who) getting a REO off the Classifieds and he complained that he couldn't get enough juice to his atty/carto. Turns out the previous owner had installed the reducer tube in it. Once he removed it, smooth flow. I use high VG juice, and I'd never want to use the reducer tube. It would screw up my whole (innate at this point) squonking routine. :)
