refill prefilled carto?

The Pre-filled Carto's can be refilled at a minimum of 5 times as long as you don't let them completely run dry. I still refill carto's for my V2 cigs from time to time. Best of luck and welcome to the forum.
Most cartos, yes - you need some juice, you pop off the little white cap thingy,

and dribble in as many drops as the filler will absorb - keeping juice OUT of the center tube area.
Or, people will drown the whole thing, filling up the rubbery cover they come with and pushing the cart into it, then blowing out excess.
(sometimes called the "condom method" of filling)
