Refillable cartridges

Is there a way to clean these so that they can be reused with a different flavoring or just to keep them around longer?
Tight budget here and I need things to last as long as possible.

I am pretty new to this so keep that in mind. I noticed my pv was getting hard to vape through and tasted bad so I cleaned mine last night for the first time. I gently removed the filler (fiber wadding in cart) with a pair of tweezers and washed it out thoroughly with warm water. I then laid it on a paper towel and folded it over top of the filler and pressed down to absorb the moisture. When it was good and dry I replaced it and added a few drops of juice let it set a couple a few minutes then added my normal amount of drops and vaped. This made a big difference. When I first removed the filler it was saturated at the tip end and almost dry at the atty end. I hope this helped.
