Dont put more than four drops because it leaks. also putting the cig back in the blu pack causes the liquid to leak and everytime you put it back in the case so you get ejuice all over your cig everytime you pull it out. I would not throw away your box i had blu for three months and had to buy three batteries i dont know if it is the juice, but I would return and get a better ecigg. but try it out you have a year warranty experiment.

There's video on Youtube but that's probably the way you are filling them.

Just search Youtube for: refill blu carts

My M401 (different hardware) has similar carts - i.e. push up the inner cart etc.

One thing that made my carts better was when the white stuff starts acting badly I throw it out and replace it with a hand-cut piece of blue foam. You can buy some small pieces of blue foam cheap (10 for 75 cents) at strictlyejuice.com - they are cut much larger (for 510) but I cut them down for my M401. And there is a video of how to make a foam plug for M401 which will be similar to making one for Blu, Smoke 51 Trio, Luci and other Trio rebrands. I cut mine a bit wider than the guy in the video does - just a tiny bit to larger then the inside diameter of the juice cup. Just search Youtube for: M401 blue foam

The blue foam holds its shape, is easy to wash if needed, wicks nicely. Push-up carts are still a pain to fill but at least you don't have to fight with getting the stuffing right other than making sure the top of it is where it should be.

Once you have done a blue foam mod, or fluffed the polyfill well you should be able to just drip liquid down a paperclip or toothpick into the filler to keep it topped off. Personally I started just dripping on my blu atomizer until I got my Volcano Inferno, now I use cartomizers and driptips on a magma atomizer, and it was cheaper than the blu.

Wow... thanks for the quick and great responses. I like the blu's for the money, but I have recently order a couple other brands to try out and some with manual batteries, so the juice does not damage the battery.

So what is this Blue Foam thing? Does the Blue Foam burn or melt on the atomizer? If so does it stink and taste bad or bad for you if inhaled?

Thanks

When I first heard about blue foam, I searched and found it, freaked out a little, told myself That can't possibly work, and then tried it. It works, and it work pretty good. I switched over to cartmizers - they hold more - but the blue foam does even out the distribution between drags, and it makes it work better.

Go to PetSmart and get a blue foam aquarium filter. Cut it into tiny pieces, about twice the size of the space in your cartridge. Pull out the white fluffy stuff, put in a few drops to get it about 2/3 full, and push in the blue foam. Another drop or two on top of the blue foam until it looks glossy, and vape away. The blue foam doesn't melt, even if it runs dry, and it wicks the fluid better than the white fluffy stuff. Although if you have very thin liquid you're using, it also increases the chance that it'll leak out, so buyer beware.
